Design
Shade sails are a popular choice for shading rooms externally but also for shading outside spaces, proving especially popular on school sites.
Modern fabrics allow designs that reduce heat gain and glare while maximising natural light levels but it’s important to note that the number and arrangement of the sails determines both the functionality and aesthetic.

Operation
Designed for fixed operation, the fabric can be quickly removed if cleaning is required. Features include:
- Newer fabrics can provide optimum levels of heat reflection together with high levels of light transmission.
- Self-tensioning fabrics remove the need for adjusters and can be quickly unhooked and removed for machine washing
- No moving parts
